The place was very clean with excellent facilities and had a one-of-a-kind location near the city center, the bay, and a popular hill for sightseeing.

Location: the hotel was very close to the Kagoshima/Chuo train and bus stations as well as a couple other popular areas in the city, the Kagoshima and the top mountain. The staff were super-friendly and incredibly nice the whole time. I asked for guest room and it was compact.

The service was absolutely excellent. We asked for king room and it was well decorated with harbour view.

Couldn't find any faults at all.

Its superb location near the shopping area and the presence of patient and helpful staff make the stay even more enjoyable.

People are kind but do not speak english.

The hotel offers a great-sized unit with an electric kettle and fridges. the location is stunning and marvelous in Kagoshima, with Mount Sakurajima just a short walk across Kinko Bay, spewing out steam and maybe volcanic ash throughout the day. being close to the harbor, countryside, and a Tepanyaki restaurant.

Great location for exploring nearby restaurants and bars.

Overall it was well-appointed, with a private bathroom.

Stunning location, big property, comfortable beds. What a brilliantly helpful staff! Compact, functional rooms overlooking the sea. Extensive and delicious breakfast with good choice of options to choose from. Really had really unforgettable stay for family vacation.

Enjoyed staying in a comfy quadruple room with spooky movies and a view of Sakurajima. the location was superb, especially the Tepanyaki restaurant in the heart of everything. 🌸
